Has AT&T improved service in San Francisco?
Seriously, how do you guys feel about AT&T saying this during an earnings call today?

Is AT&T really closing the gap?
Has anyone actually experienced improved service with AT&T?
I`m looking at you, iPhone users of San Francisco. The company is saying that they are getting closer to what they call a Performance Objective, which if you ask me, is just a fancy term for `good service`.
The problem is that this has been a problem as far back as the infancy of the iPhone and with Apple`s new product, the iPad, coming out and AT&T supporting 3G versions of the device; this closing the gap nonsense is almost laughable.
They are going to accomplish what they have promised for years in a few months while at the same time supporting a new product? Is anyone else finding this completely hard to believe? That being said, at the very least, they are being transparent, trying to do something about it and maybe with a little luck we might see some improvements with 3G this year.
The shock that the residents of this city will experience when they get amazing service from AT&T will be immeasurable.
